Filip Antoszewski

Filip Antoszewski

Owner
CrossFit Level 3 Trainer

My name is Filip and I’m the owner and founder of Enklawa (known as CrossFit Toruń until 2025). I’ve been running the club since 2013, and in 2018 I became the first CrossFit Level 3 Trainer in Toruń and one of five in Poland. My vision is fitness for everyone – especially for those who think it’s “not for them”. If you’re overweight, have never trained in a gym or have back problems and think you won’t cope – know that I founded and run this club precisely for you. To me, Enklawa is above all a family of people who care about one another. You’re warmly invited to join the #CFTFamily!

Sebastian Lary

Sebastian Lary

General Manager
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

I’m Enklawa’s manager and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.

I come from Przemyśl. Before CrossFit, I spent 15 years doing ballroom dancing. I’m a two-time Polish runner-up in formation dancing.

My CrossFit journey began in 2015. I was ambitious and competed in lots of events. Since 2018 I’ve chosen to focus more on others. I spread my passion and love for CrossFit, and I push people to live healthily and never give up. I make sure every member feels at home here and has everything they need.

I’m the first person you’ll meet when you walk into the club. You’ll recognise me by my always perfectly styled blond hair.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Lila – CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I study at the University of Physical Education in Wrocław.

Before CrossFit I trained in fin swimming and reached the podium at the Polish Championships several times. I’m also a Polish rowing champion.

I fell in love with CrossFit for its variety – every day brings new challenges. I’ve been competing for two years. After finishing secondary school I decided to try my hand at coaching too. I’ve always wanted a job that lets me help others achieve what they set out to do. I’m glad I can play my part in someone’s progress.

And besides, nobody braids hair like I do – so come along!

Marta Olszewska

Marta Olszewska

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

Hi, I’m Marta. I’ve been into sport since I was little, and if I listed everything I’ve trained, I’d probably run out of space. My CrossFit journey started right here – as a member in 2019. I loved the training format and everything CrossFit has to offer so much that training alone was no longer enough. I listen and learn as much as I can to get better every day. I know exactly what it’s like to be on the other side, and I believe training should make us stronger both physically and mentally. That’s why I want everyone to leave class not only after a good workout but feeling even better than before.

Kids Coach

Hi, my name is Daria. From an early age I trained in trampolining and stood on the top step of the podium at the Polish Championships several times. Even then I realised that coaching interested me more than competing. That’s why since 2017 I’ve been working as a coach and gaining experience with children. Along the way I discovered CrossFit. What won me over was that, on top of physical fitness, it also improved my mood and boosted my confidence. At Enklawa I run the kids’ classes. I love how play can get children moving and build a habit of regular physical activity from a young age.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Personal trainer

My name is Michał. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2022. I used to work out in the gym, but CrossFit drew me in with its variety, pace and room for constant progress. I can’t imagine training any other way now, because every workout brings new challenges and huge satisfaction. I’ve also been coaching for a year, and it’s something I truly love. What makes me happiest is helping others reach their goals and watching them progress. I want everyone who comes to train to feel relaxed, safe and at home. I want to give people support, a great atmosphere and so much energy that even burpees start to look like a brilliant idea.

Zuzia Zubrzycka

Zuzia Zubrzycka

Front Desk Manager
Preschool Coach

Hi! I’m the receptionist, so I’m the first person you’ll meet when you walk into the club. I’ll sort out anything to do with classes in our box, and I’ll definitely get you chatting at my desk – so you’d better arrive 5 minutes early for your workout! I want every member to feel at home here. I’m the one who’ll tell you about upcoming events for our club community and social nights out in town. Besides reception, I run classes for younger children, which I love, because kids infect me with their energy and melt my heart with the way they are. In my free time I study law and dance.

Aleksandra Kowalska

Aleksandra Kowalska

Nutrition advisor

I’ve been interested in nutrition for many years: I keep expanding my knowledge, take part in dietetics training, study and read specialist literature. I don’t believe I know it all, and I keep an open mind – quite the opposite: I analyse the latest findings in nutrition, draw my own conclusions and have my own opinion.

Helping people brings me joy. I love cooking, but I hate standing over the stove. Maximum flavour with minimum effort – that’s my kitchen motto.

I’d like everyone to understand that diet matters, and that without good eating habits, reaching your goals can take much longer.

Health, wellbeing, fitness – they’re all inseparable from nutrition. How much could you gain by also taking care of what you eat?
